S. Lilley & Son Limited have a wide range of machinery and tooling capabilities. We are able to offer special turned parts, pressings, fabrications and assemblies specific to a customers own needs.

We specialise in Deep Drawn Pressings produced on Platarg Transfer presses. These machines are the ideal solution where higher volumes are required. They enable close tolerances to be maintained over long production runs with a low unit cost.

We also operate conventional 'C' frame presses from 10 to 80 tonne capacity, for larger pressing requirements.

We offer Automatic turned parts up to 50mm dia to customers own specification on single spindle automatics for the larger volume production runs. For smaller volume production we operate 35mm CNC Miyano bar machining lathe which can produce more complex components.

Spot welding facilities are also offered together with rotary table machining, drilling, milling and all the ancilliary machines necessary for a comprhensive service. We have in house tool room facilities for competitve tooling packages for the manufacture of client specific products. Our in house finishing facilities include polishing and lacquering, nickel plating, vibro finishing and de-burring.

We also provide a lamp assembly service to help clients reach their production target. This is operated to comply with our registration to the Lighting Association 'Code of Practice'.

All products are securely packaged to avoid damage during transportation.
